2. Service description

HS Code Search is an AI-powered tool that provides Harmonized System (HS) tariff code suggestions for products. The service is intended to assist importers, exporters, ecommerce merchants, and logistics professionals in identifying likely tariff codes.

3. No warranty on accuracy

All HS code classifications generated by this service are estimates only. They are produced by AI models and have not been reviewed by a licensed customs expert or official authority. You must independently verify every code with the relevant customs authority before using it on any commercial shipment, import declaration, or export document.

Vasja Bocko s.p. accepts no liability for incorrect classifications, customs delays, fines, additional duties, or any other consequences arising from the use of codes generated by this service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable trade, customs, or sanctions laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that exceed normal usage.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

5. Credits and payment

The service operates on a credit system. Free credits are provided on account creation. Additional credits or plan upgrades may be offered. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Pricing and plans may change with reasonable notice.

6. Shopify integration

When you connect a Shopify store, you authorise the service to read your product catalogue and write HS code and country-of-origin data to your Shopify inventory items. You can revoke this access at any time from your settings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vasja Bocko s.p. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, customs penalties, shipment delays, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of this service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
